About SEVO
• How many memberships
do I need?
The memberships are calculated by number of individual
computer and servers in the office that needs to be
maintained. This cost already cover all the attached
peripherals such as printers, scanners, ...etc so that
you don’t have to spend extra for someone to help
troubleshoot it for you.

Membership Details
• What if I want somebody to come to my office
instead of supporting me over the Internet or phone?
To keep the maintenance package competitive and add
in the benefits to you, we usually can have the 80%
issues resolved remotely. If it is a critical issue that
cannot be resolved, it will also be our recommendation
for one of our support experts to provide you a visit.
• I don't have a dedicated Internet connection; can I
still be a customer of SEVO?
Not at this time. Our affordable business model requires
that we solve most problems over the Internet using
RAS(Remote Access Services) or remote control software
that allows us to work on your computer while you watch.
If you don't have an Internet connection, we'll be
unable to provide an adequate level of service.
Support & Coverage
• What software do you
support?
SEVO will support all Microsoft products and most of the
other software products commonly used by small
businesses.
• What hardware do you
cover?
We will, however, diagnose hardware problems and work
with the hardware manufacturer on your behalf in the
case of warranty repairs. In the case that a piece of
hardware is not under warranty we will assist you with
purchasing new hardware or locating a manufacturer’s
certified repair technicians.
Our focus on hardware is early prevention, security
protection, maintenance and not hardware repair.
• I'm skeptical that SEVO can give me the support I
need over the Internet.
Currently we are able to resolve 90% of the technical
issues through the internet. Those that we can’t resolve
over the internet, we will come in and work with you to
have it resolved.

SEVO vs. Your Current
IT Support
• Why should I use
this service over a traditional hourly consulting
service?
Hourly consulting services are usually requested when a
major issue has occurred due to lack of early
prevention, this is reactive and expensive. Our company
combines the skills of engineers specialize in different
IT specialties to keep close monitor over your network
to prevent unnecessary issues from happening that would
otherwise affect your daily operation. Best of all, we
do all these in competitive and affordable flat fee
basis.
• We have a friend that took a couple of computer
classes while in college that we call when we want
computer help; why shouldn't we just stick with that?
We have discovered that many small to medium businesses
usually have friends or employees who are not specialize
in the software or hardware but does know basic computer
knowledge that is helping with the minimum of what your
business need. However, these people usually have other
responsibilities on the side and your technical needs
are usually not fully addressed and can cause work
performance to decrease and worse of all loose the
technical edge over your competitors.
